What does it mean to be a “whole human?”
Every one of us was born with inherent wholeness. Read that again.
When we are born, we are blessed with three primary emotions: Comfort, Discomfort and Curiosity. This expression of our essential nature is made of of equal parts mind, body and spirit. When we were babies and we were exploring, we were feeling curiosity at this new world. When our bellies were full and we were warm and safe, we felt comfort. When we felt physical pain or hunger, we felt discomfort. It was simple.
So, What happened? Because of everything we have picked up and carried with us, our emotions have become much more complicated – and many of them are uncomfortable – and at a very primal level, we do not like discomfort. So, many of us resist the river of our emotions, blocking its natural flow and forcing them beneath the surface where they affect our behavior, our emotional state and our physical health.
But here at Whole Human, we know that if we allow healing, we can return to our inherent wholeness.
Who is Whole Human?
We’ re Chris and Jenn! We named our business Whole Human because it is our deep desire to help people live happier, healthier and more joyful lives – we want people to be more whole humans!
We are trained healing facilitators, focusing primarily on Regenerating Images in Memory (RIM) the spoken word healing method that safely allows you to dip into your subconscious to find the root of what’s been keeping you from your unique and wonderful wholeness! We also offer one-on-one or group breathwork facilitation as supplemental modalities for your healing.
As you heal your wounds, we can also help you with our experience as trained success guides, by providing proven techniques in visioning, goal setting, habits that can help step into your new whole self completely.
